Business Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager (H/F)

To support our expansion in Canada and USA, Quanteam North America is looking for a Business Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager.
Under the responsibility of the NYC based COO, your role will be
– to identify and recruit new talented consultants in order to contribute to the firm’s development in USA and Canada
– to develop our client portfolio through prospecting actions on banks and financial institutions of NYC, Chicago, Montreal and Toronto, as well follow up the local consulting team.
Talent Acquisition Management :
- Identify Talents using various channels (jobbboards, social networks, co-optation, networking),
- Interview and test candidates,
- Candidate hiring process follow up,
- Work in cooperation with the Quanteam group entities,
- Monitor the mobility of our consultants ready to move in the Canada or USA
- Manage with the COO the social networks animation – Community Management
- Improve our HR processes in Canada,
- Participate in events / coworking
Business Development :
- Identify new clients (financial institutions) in Montréal & Toronto,
- Meet clients and introduce the firm’s consulting offers,
- Answer RFP (request for proposals), understand business and technology challenges to identify solutions with the help of the COO,
- Realize regularly client follow up,
- Participate in master agreement contract with the group and US entity,
- Be the single point of contact for our client
Is this project fitting for you ?
Your education :
- Master’s degree level (in Engineering or Management School).
Your compétences :
- 3 years minimum experiences on a similar position,
- Knowledge in Information Systems and Finance (global market),
- Fluent in English is a MUST,
- Good capacity to work in autonomy
Your key assets :
- Dynamic, proactive, creative, with a real desire for learning and entrepreneurship,
- A first international experience would be nice
