You will be working on high value-added assignments, as a project manager or project leader for our customers, mainly in Investment Banking, Retail Banking or at the level of a banking group.
The projects in question are aimed in particular at upgrading the systems and tools in charge of compliance with International Sanctions, the KYC process, the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and so on.
Your MISSIONS
Your future assignments may involve :
- Opportunity studies or project scoping.
- Gathering user needs and expectations.
- Analyzing existing features and the feasibility of new IT developments or procedures.
- Drafting general or detailed functional specifications for upgrades, bug fixes and procedures.
- Studies of market solutions and integration of specialized software packages.
- Impact studies and estimates (number of alerts, new customer scores, etc.).
- Contribute to the definition of the test strategy, define and carry out functional test work, create functional test sets for validation.
- Certification of new software versions.
- Change management actions.
- User and operations support.
- Writing user documentation.
Your PROFILE
- Master's level (business school, engineering school or university).
Your SKILLS
- Fluency in English (written / spoken) required.
- Ability to analyze data, proficiency in Excel and ideally SQL.
- Mastery of the Agile method.
- Team spirit.
- Rigorous, proactive, and able to see the big picture.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations, the risk-based approach and the constraints associated with handling the necessary data (RGPD).
- Able to understand functional issues, responsiveness.
- Knowledge of AI and Data Science would be a plus.
