Trained as an engineer, I joined Quanteam over 10 years ago, after a mixed experience with a rival consultancy. I was first attracted by the assignment on offer (pre-trade support on the trading floor), but it was the firm's human values and support that made me stay. I've always had great assignments at Quanteam. I was able to join the London office for several months, and have progressed thanks to the many internal job opportunities.
