Context
Quanteam is a consulting company specialized in Banking and Financial Services with a double expertise both in Business and IT skills.
In order to support our establishment and growth in French-speaking Switzerland, Quanteam is looking for a Business Manager.
Your mission
As a real intrapreneur within Quanteam Switzerland, your mission will be to:
- Develop your profit center: definition of the business plan, analysis of your client’s needs, follow-up of your projects, recruitment and management of your teams. Your will be the privileged interlocutor of our clients and your responsibilities will be equal to your ability to reach ambitious goals.
- Develop and manage your department with the main objectives: to retain your clients, develop the career of your consultants, federate your teams.
Is this project fitting for you?
Your education:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics with a good understanding of Information Technology or a degree in Engineering/ IT related with a keen interest in active business development
Your skills:
- Previous experience in a Consulting Company in Switzerland (minimum 5 years)
- Experience on a sales or management position in financial industry would be highly valued
Your assets:
- Dynamic & pro-active, you do not hesitate to take initiatives
- Creative, you find ingenious solutions to various challenges that come your way
- Curious, you have a real appetite for learning and undertaking
- Fluent in French & English
