As part of our expansion in Singapore, we are looking for an APAC ITP DevSecOps & Cloud Lead
The DevSecOps and Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of DevSecOps practices and cloud infrastructure within the organization in collaboration with the APAC CIO department. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, security protocols, and DevOps methodologies to ensure the seamless integration and operation of cloud-based services.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct responsibilities
- Cloud Strategy and Implementation: Develop and implement cloud strategies for the APAC region that align with the Group’s and CIB’s cloud migration objectives, as well as regulatory requirements. Lead the migration and deployment of applications to cloud environments, ensuring compliance with best security practices in collaboration with the APAC CIO department.
- DevSecOps Practices: Design and implement toolchains and DevSecOps capabilities to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure that security is integrated into every stage of the development process.
- Operational support: Provide operational support for the new technology platforms used by the digital and sales teams. Establish self-service capabilities to ensure the agility and autonomy of enterprise service developers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including the Global ITP Tech Office, APAC CIO, APAC CCCO, and various IT business units, to ensure the successful implementation and operation of cloud and DevSecOps services.
- Compliance and Security: You ensure that all cloud-based services comply with financial industry requirements and regulatory standards. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain the integrity and security of the cloud infrastructure.

Your PROFILE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in DevOps and cloud engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps platforms and cloud infrastructures.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolchains (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, SonarQube, Jira, Ansible, Terraform), and microservices architecture.
