Quanteam, a consulting firm specializing in Banking, Finance and Insurance, is pursuing its international development, particularly in the Luxembourg market. In a context of strong growth, we are looking for our future Senior Business Manager to manage and develop a strategic area within our Luxembourg office.
Reporting to Quanteam Benelux, you will support the development of our business in Luxembourg with a high degree of autonomy. A true intrapreneur, you will be the driving force behind the structuring, growth and management of your area.
Your MISSIONS
Business Development
- Management and development of existing customer accounts in the banking, finance and insurance sectors
- Prospecting for new target accounts
- Responding to calls for tender
Monitoring your economic perimeter and steering the P&L
Management
- Managing and supporting consultants on assignment
- Coaching and skills development for Junior Business Managers
- Administrative, HR and financial supervision of teams
Recruitment
- Active participation in the recruitment process (screening, interviews, closing)
- Contribution to employer branding and participation in networking/school events
Your PROFILE
- Graduated from a business or engineering school or university master's degree (Bac+5)
- You have 2 to 5 years' successful experience in Luxembourg as a Business Manager or equivalent, in a consulting or ESN environment.
- You are results-oriented, structured, with a strong appetite for business and management.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a real ability to federate and grow a team.
- You aspire to take on more responsibility and become a Business Coach
