Quanteam, a consulting firm specializing in banking, finance, and insurance, is continuing its international expansion, with a particular focus on the Luxembourg market. Against a backdrop of strong growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and develop a strategic portfolio within our Luxembourg office.
As part of the Quanteam Benelux team, you will help drive the growth of our business in Luxembourg with a high degree of autonomy. As a true intrapreneur, you will play a leading role in shaping, growing, and managing your area of responsibility.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Management and development of existing client accounts in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors
- Prospecting for new target accounts
- Bidding on tenders
Monitoring your economic scope and managing the P&L
Management
- Management and support for consultants on assignment
- Coaching and Skill Development for Junior Business Managers
- Administrative, HR, and financial oversight of teams
Recruitment
- Active participation in the recruitment process (screening, interviews, closing)
- Contributing to the employer brand and participating in networking events / school events
Your PROFILE
- A graduate of a business school, engineering school, or a master’s program (5 years of higher education)
- You have 2 to 5 years of successful experience in Luxembourg as a Business Manager or in a similar role, within a consulting or digital services firm
- You are results-oriented, organized, and have a strong interest in business and management
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to bring people together and help a team grow
- You aspire to take on more responsibility and serve as a business coach
