As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are hiring a Consultant / Business Analyst specializing in the Sophis and Fusion Invest financial software suites. You will participate in high-impact projects—ranging from implementation and migration to ongoing maintenance—at leading financial institutions in Lisbon or Porto, including asset managers, investment banks, and management companies.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and analyze the functional requirements of Front Office, Middle Office, and Risk users.
- Set up and configure the Sophis and/or Fusion Invest software packages according to business needs.
- Participate in acceptance testing, functional testing, and the go-live process.
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support.
- Write functional documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with technical, IT, and business teams.
Your PROFILE
- Experience required: at least 3 years
- A master’s degree in computer science, financial markets, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and curiosity
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence, commitment to customer service
Your SKILLS
- Proven experience with Sophis and/or Fusion Invest.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments: derivatives, fixed income, equities, and structured products.
- Knowledge of market environments and the challenges associated with asset management or investment banking.
- A good command of English is required (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, SQL, VBA, etc.).
- Experience in international settings.
- Familiarity with related tools (Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).
