Here's what they have to say
I was quickly able to take advantage of an international assignment and join the teams in New York
Thomas, Consultant at the New York office (Quanteam North America)
Having always wanted to work internationally, after two years on assignment at Quanteam’s Paris office, I shared my desire for a transfer with my manager and was able to join Quanteam North America in New York in 2017. We quickly identified the type of role that would suit me, validated my profile with several U.S. clients, and began the administrative process to obtain a visa. Throughout the entire process, I was supported by Quanteam’s HR teams in France and the New York staff, who answered all my questions regarding my relocation to the U.S. I have now been working as an Application Support Front Office Specialist in New York for six years, and I was promoted to Team Manager a year ago. Quanteam’s expertise has played a major role in helping me settle in here and advance in my role.
Thanks to Quanteam, I was able to thrive in the United States
Josselin, IT Consultant at Quanteam North America – based in the United States since 2018
In 2015, I met the Quanteam team at a student career fair at Paris Dauphine, and I immediately had a good feeling about them. I joined the firm as a Trade Support / Front Office specialist and began an assignment with a client in Paris. In 2018, I wanted to make a change in my life and expressed a desire to move abroad. Quanteam was very open to the idea and offered me a transfer to the firm’s New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious clients in the banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were highly efficient in their support, handling the entire administrative process (green card, etc.), and within three months, I was able to move to the United States. There, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while maintaining the connection to what makes up the core of Quanteam’s DNA: the close relationship with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the camaraderie found at the firm’s regularly organized events (rooftop after-work gatherings, NBA basketball games, boat cruises…).
