Details of the Offer
The IT Department is responsible for providing IT support to other departments. Across all of the bank’s global entities, the IT Department provides and manages high-performance, high-quality tools while adhering to technical requirements. Your role will be to provide Level 2 application support for a wide range of applications.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Provide technical and functional expertise regarding the systems to help other team members develop their skills and offer support to Front Office users.
- Monitoring of issue escalation processes, and management of incidents and issues at all times.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for all applications for which you are responsible for support.
- Work with internal clients to improve processes and application reliability.
- End-to-end management of specific projects.
- Continuous knowledge sharing with the rest of the team to ensure ongoing support.
- Liaise with other departments within EMEA/NA/APAC.
- You may need a few hours of phone support.
- Other tasks or projects may be assigned.
- Maintain regular contact with trading partners and suppliers.
- Update the applications.
- Organize, validate, and certify UATs.
- Validate all deployments using standard validation rules.
Your PROFILE
- Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university).
- At least 3 years of experience in application support.
Your SKILLS
- At least 3 years of experience in application support.
- Experience in the financial markets.
- Having worked in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in writing and executing database queries on large datasets.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Be familiar with the "Follow the Sun" methodology in an international context.
- Ability to work as part of a team, initiative.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Passionate, determined, and intellectually curious.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Fluency in French is a plus.

In 2015, I met the Quanteam team at a student career fair at Paris Dauphine, and I immediately had a good feeling about them. I joined the firm as a Trade Support / Front Office specialist and began an assignment with a client in Paris. In 2018, I wanted to make a change in my life and expressed a desire to move abroad. Quanteam was very open to the idea and offered me a transfer to the firm’s New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious clients in the banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were highly efficient in their support, handling the entire administrative process (green card, etc.), and within three months, I was able to move to the United States. There, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while maintaining the connection to what makes up the core of Quanteam’s DNA: the close relationship with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the camaraderie found at the firm’s regularly organized events (rooftop after-work gatherings, NBA basketball games, boat cruises…).
