The IT Department is responsible for supporting the Information Systems of the other departments. In each of the bank's entities around the world, the IT Department provides and manages high-quality, high-performance tools while respecting technology.
The candidate will work with the Trading & Sales support team, specialized in a particular asset (equity, fixed income, credit, derivatives or commodities).
Your MISSIONS
- Participate in systems support throughout the US region,
- Provide systems expertise (technical and functional) to develop other team members in the region and support Front Office users (Traders, Sales, Risk Managers, Middle Offices),
- Actively monitor systems and document procedures and processes - Develop new control tools if necessary,
- Act as the Front Office's first point of contact for projects and level 1 and 2 support (improvements, errors, requests, incidents),
- Participate in the testing and delivery of trading applications (new version or software update),
- Propose solutions and implement changes in response to recurring problems and workloads.
Your PROFILE
Graduated with 3 years of higher education or a Master's degree from an engineering school, with a specialization in IT.
You have 1 to 3 years' experience in IT or finance-related sectors.
International experience is a plus.
Your SKILLS
- At least 3 years' experience in Application Support,
- Experience in financial markets,
- Have worked in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in writing and executing database queries on large datasets,
- Solid SQL skills,
- Be familiar with the "Follow the Sun" methodology in an international context.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and motivation,
- Passionate, determined and intellectually curious,
- Bilingual English
- Fluency in French is a plus.

In 2015, I met the Quanteam teams at a student trade fair in Paris Dauphine and immediately got a good feeling. I joined the firm as Trade Support / Front Office and started an assignment with a Paris-based client. In 2018, I wanted to change my life and expressed the wish to move abroad. Quanteam was very open and offered me a move to the firm's New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious customers in the Banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were very efficient in their support and took care of the whole administrative process (green card...) and, within three months, I was able to move to the United States. Over there, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while keeping in touch with what makes Quanteam's DNA so strong: the closeness with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the conviviality that can be found at the events regularly organized by the firm (roof-top afterwork, NBA basketball game, boat cruise...).
