As part of our expansion in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product Design.
As Head of Product Design, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the overall design vision and strategy across all our consumer products and markets. Reporting to the SVP of Product, you will lead and manage the entire design function (a team of 9 talented designers based in Singapore, India, and Hong Kong) to deliver world-class user experiences in the fintech sector.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and excellence in execution—you will define the design strategy and ensure its successful implementation, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build a cohesive and enjoyable customer journey. You will focus primarily on our B2C digital products, including the development and scaling of a robust design system that promotes consistency, efficiency, and innovation.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement long-term strategies and product roadmaps by analyzing data, gaining a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, and working closely with company stakeholders.
- Lead and drive innovative, high-value-added product initiatives in collaboration with product design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities for products with the greatest impact within the retail investment sector.
- Drive improvements in product organization processes and mentor team members to help foster best practices within the team.
Your PROFILE
- Over 8 years of experience as a project manager at consumer-facing digital companies.
- Proven success in developing, prioritizing, and delivering product roadmaps.
- A deep understanding of investing—whether gained through personal experience or previous professional experience.
- A detailed understanding of the role of a product owner in a Scrum process.
- Experience and expertise in driving best practices in UI and UX for consumer-facing digital platforms.
- And a million other things that project managers do.
