The IT Department is responsible for providing Information System support to other departments. In all the bank's entities worldwide, the IT Department provides and manages high-performance, high-quality tools in line with the latest technology. Your mission will be to provide level 2 application support for a wide range of applications.
Your MISSIONS
- Troubleshooting and resolving application problems,
- Follow-up of problem escalation processes, incident and problem management at all times,
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation on all the applications you support,
- Work with internal customers on process improvement and application reliability,
- Management of specific projects from start to finish,
- Continuous transmission of knowledge to the rest of the team to ensure ongoing support,
- Liaise with other branches within EMEA/NA/APAC,
- A few hours of telephone support may be required,
- Other tasks or projects may be assigned,
- Maintain regular contact with exchanges/suppliers,
- Upgrade applications,
- Organize, validate and certify UATs,
- Validate all deployments using standard validation rules
Your PROFILE
Bac + 3 or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Your SKILLS
- At least 3 years' experience in Application Support,
- Experience in financial markets,
- Have worked in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in writing and executing database queries on large datasets,
- Solid SQL skills,
- Be familiar with the "Follow the Sun" methodology in an international context.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and motivation,
- Ability to handle pressure,
- Passionate, determined and intellectually curious,
- Bilingual English
- Fluency in French is a plus.

In 2015, I met the Quanteam teams at a student trade fair in Paris Dauphine and immediately got a good feeling. I joined the firm as Trade Support / Front Office and started an assignment with a Paris-based client. In 2018, I wanted to change my life and expressed the wish to move abroad. Quanteam was very open and offered me a move to the firm's New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious customers in the Banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were very efficient in their support and took care of the whole administrative process (green card...) and, within three months, I was able to move to the United States. Over there, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while keeping in touch with what makes Quanteam's DNA so strong: the closeness with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the conviviality that can be found at the events regularly organized by the firm (roof-top afterwork, NBA basketball game, boat cruise...).
