On April 28, we celebrated World Day for Safety and Health at Work,a key occasion to reflect on the importance of well-being in the workplace. Once again this year, the statistics are striking and serve as a powerful reminder that prevention must never be sidelined.

Some eye-opening figures

Because behind every statistic, there is a life, a person, a story:

  • 2.78 million work-related deaths each year
  • 550,000 workplace accidents reported in 2025
  • 87% of occupational illnesses are caused by musculoskeletal disorders and repetitive motions

These figures demonstrate just how crucial workplace health is—not only to meet legal requirements, but above all to protect and support employees in their daily lives over the long term.

Action at the Heart of Prevention

To address these issues, RAINBOW PARTNERS GROUP has partnered with Malakoff Humanis on a concrete initiative: physical coaching workshops focused on prevention.

Led by Hervé Touré, a former professional basketball player and member of the French national team, these workshops focused on simple techniques that can be applied in everyday life to:

  • Maintaining mobility
  • Preventing pain
  • Improving comfort in the workplace

The goal? To give everyone practical and useful tips for taking care of their bodies, even in a professional setting.

Moments of interaction and movement

These workshops provided genuine opportunities for discussion about movement, mindfulness, and health—values that are essential to cultivate in the workplace and beyond.

Taking care of workplace health isn’t just about complying with standards… it’s about making a long-term investment in people. 💡
