Training that promotes efficiency and innovation
Generative AI is gradually emerging as a key driver of transformation in support functions. HR, recruitment, marketing, accounting… These departments are now at the forefront of integrating new tools capable of optimizing processes, ensuring operational reliability, and freeing up time for higher-value-added activities.
According to the latest trends, more than 78% of support teams are already using or plan to integrate generative AI into their work, with estimated efficiency gains of up to 12%.
A new training session at the RAINBOW Academy
Last week, as part of its internal training program, RAINBOW Academy, the RAINBOW PARTNERS Group held an awareness session on generative AI specifically for its support teams.
This allowed the HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Accounting teams to explore the challenges, opportunities, and practical applications of AI as it relates to their respective fields.
The training session was led by:
- Lamia Mazari, Transformation & Change Consultant at ASIGMA
- Arnaud Willemain, Chief Information Officer of the RAINBOW PARTNERS Group
A multidisciplinary approach that combines a strategic vision for transformation with technological expertise.
Concrete, business-oriented goals
The objectives of this session were to:
- Empower support teams to fully leverage the potential of generative AI
- Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance operational reliability
- Fostering creativity and innovation in day-to-day tasks
AI is thus viewed as a tool for enhancing capabilities, aimed at improving quality, performance, and the internal experience.
Developing the functions needed to support tomorrow’s transformations
This skills development is fully aligned with the RAINBOW PARTNERS Group’s vision, which places continuous training and change management at the heart of its strategy.
It embodies the Group’s core values— excellence, customer focus, teamwork, and diversity—and demonstrates our commitment to preparing all teams for major technological changes.
