Information Systems consulting

Quanteam crosses multiple disciplines within the Information Systems divisions of financial institutions covering the end-to-end software lifecycle, including application support, business analysis, development, project management and project supervision.

Application support

Our consultants can be inserted into technical and functional support teams to work on applications dedicated to trading, middle office, back office and risk activities that require strong reactivity in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

They also support financial software packages such as Murex, Summit, Calypso, Sophis, Simcorp…

Business analysis

Together with our clients, we define their needs and support them throughout the entire project lifecycle for the maintenance, evolution and design of applications related to market finance. Working primarily with business users (traders, sales, risk managers), our Business Analysts have acquired a dual skill combining project and business expertise allowing them to evolve on a wide range of functional subjects (market finance, corporate finance, risk management).

Software Development

Our developers design applications for Front-to-Back and cross-functional activities (risk and finance departments), model business processes and define the target technical architectures.

Our teams use various programming languages (Java, J2EE, C++, .NET, C#, AngulasJS, NodeJS), databases (Oracle, Sybase, MySql), Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and the best of breed practices with Agile and SCRUM.

Project management / Project Manager Office (PMO)

Our senior consultants manage and coordinate entire project, which can be functional or technical in scope (or a mix of both).

They also manage the budget, resources and deadlines of the projects they work on. In addition, they define and implement KPIs to present the project monitoring to the Banks top management.

Project supervision

Our expert consultants are in charge of managing and coordinating several projects or programs at the same time, often between several sites abroad.
