Analysis of the current situation in the United Kingdom and France (architecture, database, internal and external sources, web portal)
Design and presentation of the solution developed for the UK entity
Estimates regarding budget and resources.
Review of the regulations
Interact with all internal and external stakeholders at HSBC, including IT, Compliance, Legal, Trading, Fund Management, Risk, and the Middle Office.
Schedule Tracking
Budget tracking (Clarity/Workbench) in accordance with UK guidelines

Risk Management
Monitoring the implementation phase (development, testing, deployment)
Conducting meetings and drafting meeting minutes
Validation of business requirements
Weekly meetings with the UK entity to discuss project progress
Functional analysis of the IT impacts on the affected systems
Drafting of detailed functional specifications
Monitoring of testing phases
