QUANTEAM has been a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact since 2017. The Compact is based on 10 principles aimed at promoting respect for human rights, international labor standards, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption.
Our Certifications & CSR Policies
CSR CERTIFICATION: ECOVADIS
QUANTEAM has an internal environmental policy designed to optimize our energy consumption and reduce our environmental impact. Every year, we are assessed by the EcoVadis rating agency, and we strive to improve our social, environmental, and societal performance. In 2025, we earned the EcoVadis “Silver” certificate with a score of 74/100, placing us in the top 15% of companies rated by the organization.
ENVIRONMENTAL CERTIFICATION : Beges 2024 by Greenly
As an ethical and responsible company, Quanteam has been implementing concrete measures for several years to help reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and improve its carbon footprint.
In 2025, Quanteam earned the “BEGES 2024” certification with a score of 616.0 tCO2e, or 2.0 tCO2e per employee.
DIVERSITY CHARTER
In 2023, Quanteam committed to and signed the Diversity Charter, a core value for the firm. Created in 2004 by “Les Entreprises pour la Cité,” the Diversity Charter commits companies to combating discrimination, helps promote equal opportunity and diversity in all its forms, and contributes to the development of management practices that respect differences and are based on trust within organizations. As of 2023, it has been signed by more than 4,100 companies in France.
PARENTING CHARTER
Since 2023, Quanteam has been a signatory to the Parenting Charter. Launched in 2008 by the Observatory of Quality of Life at Work, in the presence of Adrien Taquet, Secretary of State for Children and Families, the Corporate Parenting Charter promotes a work environment and managerial culture that enables employees to balance their professional and personal lives. It has been signed by more than 700 employers, representing 30,000 workplaces and 20% of the workforce.
CHARTER FOR RESPONSIBLE DIGITAL PRACTICES
Since 2024, Quanteam has been a signatory to the Responsible Digital Charter. This initiative aims to promote a more environmentally friendly and socially responsible use of digital technology. Faced with climate challenges and the imperatives of social justice, companies must rethink their digital strategies to limit their impact and foster a sustainable model. The Responsible Digital Charter represents a first step toward a commitment to a more virtuous digital future. By signing it, Quanteam affirms its commitment to adopting responsible digital practices that balance performance, efficiency, and inclusion. By adhering to this charter, Quanteam joins a network of committed organizations and strengthens its communication—both internally and externally—around this essential transition.
Our Social and Corporate Responsibility Initiatives
Quanteam “Hangagé ”: Our Disability Support Program
Since its founding, our consulting firm has been committed to promoting employment for workers with disabilities. To raise awareness among executives, managers, and employees about this cause, we organize regular initiatives, including the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH). This initiative aims to demystify disability and demonstrate that it is no longer incompatible with the corporate world and the workplace.
Quality of Life (QOL) and Well-being at Work
Every year, QUANTEAM participates in Quality of Life at Work Week (QVT) by organizing sports workshops, wellness events, and other activities. All employees are invited to join in these events to have fun, learn, and enjoy some time together.

Corporate Sponsorship & Sports Sponsorship at Quanteam
ALTSO ASSOCIATION (A LEG TO STAND ON)
For several years, QUANTEAM has provided financial support to Rocktoberfest in New York and Chicago, two charity events organized by the ALTSO (A Leg To Stand On) association to raise funds for orthopedic care for injured children in war-torn countries. Since 2003, ALTSO has provided care to more than 17,000 children in need through local health centers in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
FLORESCO AUTISM
The Floresco Autism Association has received significant financial support from QUANTEAM. This partnership aims to promote social, educational, and scientific support for people affected by autism.
"CAFE JOYEUX" ASSOCIATION
In 2023, QUANTEAM is providing financial support to the nonprofit organization “Café Joyeux,” which employs and trains people primarily with Down syndrome or cognitive disabilities such as autism, particularly in connection with the opening of new Café Joyeux locations in the Île-de-France region.
SOCIAL SCHOLARSHIP – EMLYON BUSINESS SCHOOL
As part of the partnership agreement signed between QUANTEAM and emlyon business school, Quanteam supports the school’s social outreach initiatives and makes a financial commitment by offering several merit-based scholarships to students at the school.
SPORTS SPONSORSHIP – STADE FRANÇAIS / SQUASH SECTION
Since 2024, QUANTEAM has been supporting the Stade Français squash team through a financial contribution made as part of the first national tournament organized by the federation, which brings together the top 14 French and international squash players.
Alumni Communities & Partnerships with Elite Universities
QUANTEAM is one big family you never really leave! Close-knit relationships and team spirit are at the heart of our values, and we do everything we can to stay connected with our alumni communities and former colleagues who have moved on to new adventures. Whether it’s at after-work events or over coffee, it’s always just as much fun to get together!
Throughout the year, our firm also coordinates a network of partners at top business and engineering schools specializing in finance, with the aim of identifying the talent of tomorrow, supporting them throughout their studies, and helping them grow! Since 2022, QUANTEAM has been a partner of emlyon business school and sponsors the Master of Science in Finance program.
