Founder of the consulting firm QUANTEAM and the RAINBOW PARTNERS Group.
A graduate of EM Lyon (Market Finance track), Julien BENSOUSSAN began his career as a market trader (Sales). He then joined a major consulting and auditing firm as a Consultant Manager in market finance, before taking charge of the Market Finance division at a leading service provider. In 2007, driven by the conviction that a new, more human approach to consulting was needed—one that remained true to his values of diversity and excellence—he founded QUANTEAM and, shortly thereafter, the RAINBOW PARTNERS Group to create a network of multi-specialist firms operating in France and internationally.

After graduating from EMLYON in 2015, Maxime joined a leading consulting firm as a Business Manager for two years, where he helped develop a new division specializing in market finance in Paris and London. He joined QUANTEAM in 2016 and held roles as Senior Business Manager, Key Account Manager, and then Business Unit Director, before being promoted to Deputy Managing Director in 2022.
