In a context of strong growth, Quanteam is looking for its future Business Manager Coach to support the development of one of the Business Units in the Paris office.
Reporting to a Business Unit Manager, you will be given a scope to manage and develop.
Your MISSIONS
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Management of existing customer accounts, ensuring their follow-up and responding to their needs
- Prospecting for new target customers
- Responding to calls for tender
- Managing your P&L
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Manage your team of consultants and monitor their assignments
- Coaching of one or more Junior Business Manager(s)
- HR, administrative and financial management of your teams
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Participation in the entire recruitment process for future talent
- Participation in events
Your PROFILE
- You are a graduate of a business or engineering school or equivalent university ( Bac+5 level).
- You have initial successful experience as a Business Manager (3-5 years)
- You're ambitious and want to become a coach and/or take on more responsibility.
- You have excellent interpersonal and service skills, a strong appetite for business and are motivated by results.
- You know how to federate a team and are driven by its growth and development.
