To support our growth in North America, Quanteam is looking for a Business Developer to deploy our offers in the United States, mainly in New York.
Your MISSIONS
Based in New York, your role will be to :
- Participate in the development of the firm's client portfolio by canvassing banks and financial and insurance institutions in Toronto.
- Identify and recruit the talents who will support the firm's development in this territory
- Participate in monitoring the team of consultants to be set up locally
This involves the following main tasks:
- Business development :
- Identify players among key accounts likely to be interested in our offers
- Identify future partners to accelerate our development
- Follow up customers / meet their needs
- Participate in responses to calls for tender / Understand customers' business and technological challenges in order to identify solutions
- Talent acquisition :
- Identify talents/consultants likely to meet our customers' needs via various channels (job boards, social networks, cooptation, networking)
- Meet and validate talent
- Talent tracking
- Monitor recruitment offers on various media
- Work in cooperation with other QUANTEAM group entities worldwide, and in particular with the team based in Canada.
- Monitor the mobility of Group consultants wishing to move to the US
- Community Management: Monitor and animate social networks with the manager
- Help improve HR and business processes
- Taking part in events / coworking
- Management :
- Monitor consultants and firm assignments

Having always wanted to work internationally, after two years on assignment in Quanteam's Paris office, I shared my desire for mobility with my manager and was able to join Quanteam North America, in 2017, in New York. We quickly identified the type of position that would suit me, validated my profile with several American clients and started the administrative procedures to obtain a VISA. Throughout the process, I was supported by Quanteam's HR teams in France and staff in New York to answer any questions I might have had about settling in the USA. I've now been working as Front Office Application Support in New York for six years, and was promoted to Team Manager a year ago. Quanteam's expertise has made a major contribution to my successful integration here and my progress in my mission.

In 2015, I met the Quanteam teams at a student trade fair in Paris Dauphine and immediately got a good feeling. I joined the firm as Trade Support / Front Office and started an assignment with a Paris-based client. In 2018, I wanted to change my life and expressed the wish to move abroad. Quanteam was very open and offered me a move to the firm's New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious customers in the Banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were very efficient in their support and took care of the whole administrative process (green card...) and, within three months, I was able to move to the United States. Over there, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while keeping in touch with what makes Quanteam's DNA so strong: the closeness with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the conviviality that can be found at the events regularly organized by the firm (roof-top afterwork, NBA basketball game, boat cruise...).
