Working for a major bank's in-house consulting firm, you will act as a privileged partner in its transformation projects & missions, providing methodological expertise combined with an understanding of the business.
The department contributes to the company's major, cross-functional projects, mainly the definition of target operating models, operational efficiency missions and studies of opportunities and impacts for the Group's various businesses.
Reporting to one of our managers as a consultant, you will work as part of a dynamic team of around twenty people with a wide range of backgrounds, from external consulting to insurance and banking, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for all the company's departments.
Your MISSIONS
- Structuring and deploying operational efficiency initiatives to respond to business issues: target operating model, business opportunity study, optimization of functions & operational excellence, etc.
- Diagnose the existing situation, analyze and qualify irritants, identify areas for optimization & propose implementation scenarios.
- Set up and manage project governance
- Coordinate all the players involved in each project, in particular by managing relations with operational teams
- Reporting to top management
- Guarantee compliance with deadlines, objectives and commitments made with the various client or contributor entities
- Participate in departmental discussions on major, cross-functional corporate programs, in conjunction with the business departments involved.
- Participate in the development of the department by promoting and implementing organizational methodologies.
Your PROFILE
Bac+5 (business school, engineering school or university)
At least 3 years' experience in process and/or organizational optimization projects in a consulting firm or a company of comparable size.
Knowledge of the banking or insurance sector and/or customer relations issues would be an asset.
