You will be working on assignment as a Project Manager specializing in Risk. You will support the subsidiaries of a major banking group in implementing and/or upgrading their risk-related information systems.
You will be the point of entry for requests (projects, upgrades, maintenance) expressed by business departments. You will interface with the project management teams. You will support subsidiaries in the implementation of their IS projects, and in this capacity you will be able to :
- In charge of leading workshops to validate and gather requirements.
- Responsible for drafting specifications and functional specification files.
- Responsible for the acceptance phases, through the design of test sets, the execution of test cases...
Your MISSIONS
As project manager, you will be responsible for framing, organizing and managing projects right through to production start-up. You will also ensure that objectives, commitments and budgets agreed with the Business Departments are met. To this end, you will be responsible for :
- Draw up functional specifications for required upgrades and validate them with business managers.
- Advance developments in collaboration with the project management teams.
- Interface with software solution vendors.
- Draw up requirements, scenarios and test cases.
- Supporting and approving the deployment of the subsidiaries concerned, and drafting support materials.
- Analyze the impact of developments and projects to be launched in accordance with regulatory or group instructions.
- Write and/or validate functional specifications for the editor and/or local IT.
- Manage the project (organization, planning and budget management) from impact identification to subsidiary commissioning.
- Manage and contribute (if necessary) to the certification phases.
- Follow up with the publisher or local IT.
- Assist subsidiaries.
Your PROFILE
- Master's level (business school, engineering school or university).
- You have experience in IT project management and project management in the fields of risk, finance and commitment.
Your SKILLS
- Solid knowledge of risk management combined with a good understanding of the banking and financial world.
- General IT knowledge: systems architecture, databases, development methodologies.
- Proficiency in office automation and PMO (Project Management Office) tools.
- Fluent to operational English: oral and written exchanges with Group entities (head office and subsidiaries).
- Your experience on Agile projects would be a plus (in one of the following roles: Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, ScrumMaster): Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, ScrumMaster).
- Team spirit, sense of service, adaptability, rigor and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, multi-stakeholder environment.
