You'll be working as part of a dynamic team to drive the transformation of a major international bank. You will join a management consulting entity of the banking group, a privileged partner in the management of its strategic projects and missions.
For all the Group's businesses, the consultant will work on major issues such as new business model opportunities, digital transformation and CSR, while striving for sustainable performance.
You will also work as a senior manager within the firm to develop the organization and transformation practice.
Your MISSIONS
- Accompany strategic thinking at Group or entity level, taking into account new opportunities and trends: CSR, Data, AI, launch of new offerings
- Structuring and deploying operational efficiency initiatives for the Group's businesses: target operating model, agility, operational excellence, etc.
- Frame, implement and manage the Group's major transformation programs
- Structuring and managing change within entities
- Contribute to the firm's dynamic by participating in internal development work
Your PROFILE
5 years' higher education (engineering or business school, Master 2 in banking and finance)
You have at least 9 years' experience in consulting & transformation assignments in the banking and insurance sectors.
Your SKILLS
- Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and find pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
- With a capacity for challenge and for taking a step back, you are able to make an impact in your oral and written presentations to the bank's senior management.
- You are recognized for your customer focus, your interpersonal skills, your ability to listen, and you enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are recognized for your ability to manage and develop teams
- You are fluent in English and French
