To support our growth in North America, Quanteam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Montreal.
Reporting to the Senior Manager and the CEO, your role will be to identify and recruit the talents who will support the firm's development in Canada.
Your MISSIONS
- Identify/hunt talent via various channels (job boards, social networks, cooptation, networking)
- Meet and validate talent (validate recruitment eligibility criteria, manage technical tests with a dedicated platform)
- Keeping track of talent (managing a talent pool)
- Monitor recruitment offers on various media (mainly Linkedin and the Quanteam website)
- Work in cooperation with other QUANTEAM group entities abroad (mainly in the US and France)
- Monitor the mobility of Group consultants wishing to come to Canada
- Community Management: work with the senior manager and CEO to monitor and manage social networks
- Launching and monitoring communications with schools
- Help improve HR processes in Canada
- Participate in Meetup-type HR events.
You will be a key contact for our consultant candidates, and your responsibilities will match your ability to achieve ambitious goals.
Your PROFILE
With a Bac+5 Grande Ecole degree (preferably in Human Resources, Management or Business), you have at least 2 years' successful initial experience in IT recruitment (ideally in market finance).
Your SKILLS
- Dynamic, proactive and creative, you have a real appetite for learning and entrepreneurship.
- CURRENT ENGLISH REQUIRED (bilingual or excellent level).
- First international experience ideal.

In 2015, I met the Quanteam teams at a student trade fair in Paris Dauphine and immediately got a good feeling. I joined the firm as Trade Support / Front Office and started an assignment with a Paris-based client. In 2018, I wanted to change my life and expressed the wish to move abroad. Quanteam was very open and offered me a move to the firm's New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious customers in the Banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were very efficient in their support and took care of the whole administrative process (green card...) and, within three months, I was able to move to the United States. Over there, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while keeping in touch with what makes Quanteam's DNA so strong: the closeness with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the conviviality that can be found at the events regularly organized by the firm (roof-top afterwork, NBA basketball game, boat cruise...).
