As part of our consultant team, you will be working for one of our clients (Energy or Banking system). You will act as a privileged partner in its transformation projects & missions, providing methodological expertise combined with an understanding of the business.
The department contributes to the company's major, cross-functional projects, mainly the definition of target operating models, operational efficiency missions and studies of opportunities and impacts for the Group's various businesses.
Your MISSIONS
- Carrying out an impact analysis on the target audiences.
- Developing change management strategies and change plans.
- Ensure the implementation of change management strategies and the follow-up and support of the various parties involved in the project.
- Support management in the deployment of tools from the sponsor (Directors) to the most operational teams (technicians and administrative staff).
- Ensuring that change management meets sponsor’s expectations.
In this context, the list of responsibilities may include :
- Identify project stakeholders and analyze their expectations.
- Performing the impact analysis of planned changes and defining the change management strategies.
- Identifying the key success factors, blocking items, risks to be controlled and perception related to the project, and defining the action plan accordingly.
- Suggesting a communication strategy towards the different target groups as well as the level of commitment to be achieved.
- Measuring the evolution of the acceptance level of the change throughout the project and implementing actions to reach the required level.
- Defining a communication strategy for the different target groups and the level of commitment to be achieved.
- Facilitating and documenting meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective reporting of risks, issues, opportunities, progress status to the stakeholders.
- Define training curriculum and schedule based on defined roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinating training and ensuring quality monitoring.
- Ensuring the knowledge management and the transfer of tools used during the project to the department.
- Assisting in the development of project feedback.
- Ensuring the implementation of the support structure change for the post-project period.
Your PROFILE
- Master's degree.
- Knowledge of the energy and/or banking sectors and/or customer relations issues would be an asset.
- At least 10 years’ experience in leading projects related to organization or optimization within a consulting firm.
- Knowledge of ADKAR (PROSCI certification).
Your SKILLS
- Fluent English and French.
- Rigor and reliability.
- Analysis and synthesis in your exchanges with high-level interlocutors.
- You are a good communicator and facilitator, able to present and summarize, and persuasive in defending your convictions.
- Autonomy.
