Perhaps I'm being redundant, but I appreciate the human aspect and conviviality that exist within the firm and the Group. The firms are human-sized structures, and the team spirit and closeness between teams are cultivated at all levels: within the expertise communities, of course, but also in the relationship with the sales teams and, more broadly, during the many afterworks organized. I also appreciate the flexibility and choice given to our consultants, notably the choice of assignments and the possibility of joining the practice that best matches our career aspirations, enabling us to develop new skills.
