I joined Quanteam in 2019, after several experiences in consulting, as an Equity Derivatives Analyst, then as an IT Project Manager. Today, I work as a Scrum Master / BA in an anti-fraud team. What I like about Quanteam is the richness and diversity of the assignments on offer, and the firm's strong presence in the banking and financial sectors. The firm listens to its consultants' wishes and gives them a choice of assignments, which is not the case everywhere. In terms of career development, I wanted to join the Transformation and Organization Practice to acquire new skills, thanks to the experts who make it up. A recent graduate of ISFA, I joined QUANTEAM in 2022 as a Data Analyst. We met through former ASIGMA alumni present at a trade fair organized by my school. I quickly got a good feeling with them and our discussions focused on the training policy implemented by the company (very important to me) and the quality of the assignments offered. A classmate of mine was also recruited, which reinforced my decision to join the group myself. I quickly noticed that the management team was very close to me, and listened carefully to what I wanted to develop. The opportunity to attend cross-training courses is also a real plus for me, as it helps us to develop our expertise beyond our initial field of competence.

After working for a number of consulting firms and ESNs, mainly in project management, I joined Quanteam in 2021. I had a very good offer from the publisher, but I quickly felt a human touch and a feeling of benevolence during my first exchanges with Quanteam, which made all the difference and convinced me to join the firm. The quality and diversity of the assignments on offer in the banking sector, the firm's preferred field, were also a major advantage for me. In fact, I was able to carry out two excellent assignments (project management and consulting) and I was able to coach consultants prior to their job interviews. Two years later, I don't regret my choice. I find this closeness and willingness to collaborate on a daily basis, particularly with the sales team, but also within the project teams.

After studies in Engineering and a Research Master's in Nanotechnology, I worked in the Energy and Retail sectors, within Big Four consulting firms / ESNs. Then, in 2018, I joined Quanteam as a Full Stack Developer working on structured products and exotic products for a major French bank. I had already decided to move into the Banking/Finance sector, which I had begun to train for, and I was reassured to see that, through its selective recruitment process, Quanteam was a key player in the market. Right from the start, I felt the firm's support for its consultants, through training. Thanks to Quanteam, I was able to strengthen my skills through a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, in evening classes, which enabled me to join the Quant Practice and combine my technical skills with my understanding of business and functional issues.
