I joined Quanteam in 2019, after gaining experience in consulting, first as an Equity Derivatives Analyst and then as an IT Project Manager. I currently serve as a Scrum Master/BA within an anti-fraud team. What I appreciate about Quanteam is the breadth and diversity of the assignments offered, as well as the firm’s strong presence in the banking and financial sectors. The firm listens to its consultants’ preferences and gives them a choice of assignments, which isn’t the case everywhere. In terms of career development, I chose to join the Transformation and Organization Practice to gain new skills from the experts there. I’ve completed several certification courses, which really makes me feel that the firm is investing in me.

As a recent graduate of ISFA, I joined QUANTEAM in 2022 as a Data Analyst. I first came into contact with the company through former ASIGMA alumni who were attending a career fair organized by my school. I quickly felt a good connection with them, and our discussions focused on the training policy implemented by the firm (which was very important to me) and the quality of the assignments offered. A classmate of mine was also hired, which reinforced my decision to join the company as well. I quickly noticed a genuine, hands-on managerial approach, with people who were attentive to my career development goals. The opportunity to attend cross-practice training sessions is also a real plus for me, as it helps us develop our expertise beyond our initial area of specialization.

As an engineer by training, I joined the Quanteam team over 10 years ago, following a mixed experience at a competing consulting firm. After working at several consulting firms and digital services companies, primarily in project management and client-side project leadership roles, I joined Quanteam in 2021. I had a very attractive offer from a software company, but I quickly sensed a warm, human connection and a sense of kindness during my initial interactions with Quanteam—these factors made all the difference and convinced me to join the firm. The quality and diversity of the assignments offered in the banking sector, the firm’s specialty, were also a significant draw for me. I’ve actually been able to take on two great assignments (project management and consulting) and have coached consultants ahead of their assignment interviews. Two years later, I don’t regret my choice. I still find that sense of closeness and willingness to collaborate every day, particularly with the sales team but also within the project teams.

After completing my engineering degree and a research master’s in nanotechnology, I worked in the energy and retail sectors at consulting firms and digital services companies within the Big Four. I then joined Quanteam in 2018 as a full-stack developer, working on structured and exotic products for a major French bank. I had already wanted to move into the banking and finance sector, where I had begun training, and I was reassured to see that, through its selective recruitment process, Quanteam was a key player in the market. From the very beginning, I felt the firm’s support in guiding its consultants through training. I have specialized in Business Intelligence since 2012. I have a background in mathematics and have spent my entire career working at firms specializing in digital marketing, financial auditing, and consulting. I decided to join Quanteam in 2016 because the firm’s long-standing focus on the banking and financial sectors offered me the opportunity to take on very interesting assignments in these fields. What won me over when I first arrived was the close relationship with my manager and the open dialogue we had regarding assignment selection and my career development prospects.
