What are the recruitment stages at QUANTEAM?
At our consulting firm, we have set up a short, transparent recruitment process to ensure that all candidates feel confident. This process takes place in 4 stages.

All new QUANTEAM employees, whether consultants or interns, receive support and training when they join the consultancy. We have also set up an "onboarding on assignment" process, which is carried out before each client assignment.

At QUANTEAM, our teams of consultants are organized into communities of practice. Via these communities, or through HR support, we regularly train our consultants to develop their business, sectoral, IT or behavioral skills. These training courses are given by experts on site or via videoconferencing. QUANTEAM employees also benefit from training courses run by other RAINBOW PARTNERS group firms, on specialized or cross-disciplinary subjects (on topics such as Blockchain, cybersecurity, data, customer relations, insurance professions...).

Because the world of work changes every day, it's important for us to offer our employees a suitable working environment, so that they can flourish. A teleworking charter has been set up at QUANTEAM, giving all employees access to teleworking days. Our consultants, on assignment at our customers' sites, must also take into account the teleworking policy adopted by their customer.
