What are the steps in the hiring process at QUANTEAM?
At our consulting firm, we have established a streamlined and transparent recruitment process to ensure that all candidates feel confident. This process consists of four steps.

All new QUANTEAM employees, whether consultants or staff members, receive support and training when they join the consulting firm. We have also implemented “assignment onboarding” processes that are carried out before each employee begins a client assignment.

At QUANTEAM, our consulting teams are organized into practice groups. Through these groups or with HR support, we regularly train our consultants to develop their professional, industry-specific, IT, and soft skills. These training sessions are conducted by experts either on-site or via video conference. QUANTEAM employees also benefit from training sessions offered by other firms within the RAINBOW PARTNERS group, covering specialized or cross-functional topics (such as blockchain, cybersecurity, data, customer relations, and the insurance industry).

Because the world of work is changing every day, it is important for us to provide our employees with a suitable work environment so that they can thrive. QUANTEAM has implemented a remote work policy that allows all employees to take advantage of remote work days. Our consultants, who are on assignment with our clients, must also adhere to their clients’ remote work policies.
