A former civil servant and graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble, I joined the Rainbow Partners and Quanteam group in 2023, after more than 30 years in the civil service in IT project management roles. I wanted to transition into a consulting career and join the private sector to further develop certain technical skills. I had an initial meeting with the partners in Lyon in 2022, and we had a good mutual rapport. But I was waiting for a challenging assignment that would precisely align with my goal of building my skills, and this assignment was offered to me in the banking sector in early 2023. With 35 years of experience as a developer, then as an analyst, trainer, project manager, and team leader, I decided to make a fresh start in 2001 and leave the Paris region to reconnect with my Burgundian roots and improve my quality of life. Before joining the Rainbow Partners group in Lyon and working with one of its clients in the banking sector, I managed several IT projects, notably at a B2B software publisher.
What prompted me to join Rainbow’s Lyon office? A meeting with the partners (Kévin and Julien) that built a relationship of trust—and that made all the difference. From Lisbon to Lyon, I requested a transfer to balance my personal life with my career

After living in Portugal for eight years—where I joined Quanteam in 2024 as a senior project manager at KLX (a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group)—I decided to return to France for personal and family reasons.
