After several experiences with major French banks, I joined Quanteam in 2014. I wanted to open up to the consulting profession and discover other business sectors (such as insurance). And that's what Quanteam offered me, thanks to the diversity of the assignments on offer and its ecosystem of firms such as Asigma. After an initial experience in Turkey and several assignments with medium-sized companies in France, I joined the Rainbow Partners Group at the beginning of 2022 as a Data Scientist. I was co-opted by a friend who was already with Quanteam, and as I was interested in the Finance sector and the many Data projects taking place there, I decided to take the plunge. What I found was a team of people who are close to their consultants, in a firm that values the development of each individual's skills.
