A great career opportunity that allowed me to travel

Anthony, Lead Developer at Quanteam North America – in Canada since 2019

After graduating from ENSIMAG, I began my career at a mid-sized consulting firm in Paris. In 2019, Quanteam reached out to me with an exciting opportunity: to join the firm’s Canadian teams and work on an innovative international project for a major player in the banking sector. I wanted to travel and experience new cultures, so I seized this opportunity. Quanteam took care of everything and handled my relocation. Looking back, I particularly appreciate the close-knit atmosphere at Quanteam North America and how management listens to employees’ training requests. There is a very appreciated recognition of seniority, which notably impacts the number of vacation days in Canada and the many after-work events organized. Furthermore, the lifestyle, nature, cosmopolitan expat community, and the opportunity to build a genuine network that I discovered in Canada are real pluses for my personal and professional balance.

Stéphane, Data Analyst at Quanteam North America – in Canada since February 2025

After graduating from an engineering school specializing in IT for finance, I joined Quanteam immediately after completing my studies in 2018. After several years working on projects in Paris at Société Générale and Crédit Agricole (structured products), I wanted to gain international experience. As someone passionate about nature and hiking, I chose Canada and planned this move with the QUANTEAM HR and management teams. Less than a month after accepting a new assignment at BNP Paribas in Montreal, I was there on a Working Holiday Visa. Quanteam supported me every step of the way, from the interview to my arrival: flight expenses covered, help with settling in… Today, I work on U.S. compliance issues as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data visualization using Power BI. Quebec suits me well: a bilingual culture with a strong attachment to the French language, a vibrant cultural scene, and plenty of music festivals.
