Established in the United States since 2016 to remain close to major American business hubs, QUANTEAM – North America is a consulting firm specializing in the banking and insurance sectors. Through its New York office, QUANTEAM North America provides its clients with cutting-edge expertise in capital markets consulting, thanks to its dual business and IT expertise and a thorough understanding of their local challenges. Our 90 North American consultants combine functional expertise with a deep understanding of banking information systems to stay closely attuned to the realities of our American clients.
QUANTEAM North America also serves clients in Houston, Chicago, Dallas, and Miami, and maintains a presence in Montreal and Toronto.

Thanks to Quanteam, I was able to thrive in the United States

In 2015, I met the Quanteam team at a student career fair at Paris Dauphine, and I immediately had a good feeling about them. I joined the firm as a Trade Support / Front Office specialist and began an assignment with a client in Paris. In 2018, I wanted to make a change in my life and expressed a desire to move abroad. Quanteam was very open to the idea and offered me a transfer to the firm’s New York office, as well as an assignment with one of its prestigious clients in the banking sector. The Quanteam North America teams were highly efficient in their support, handling all the administrative processes (green card, etc.), and within three months, I was able to move to the United States. There, I discovered a new culture and a new continent, while maintaining the connection to what makes up the core of Quanteam’s DNA: the close relationship with management (Jean Etienne) and the teams, as well as the camaraderie found at the firm’s regularly organized events (rooftop after-work gatherings, NBA basketball games, boat cruises, etc.)

After three years working on equity-linked products at BNP Paribas in Paris, I wanted to take my career in an international direction. My goal was clear: to join the teams in New York to broaden my skill set, develop my versatility, and advance into positions of greater responsibility.
