The registration of Quanteam in February 2017 to the Global Compact helps us consolidate and formalize our commitments to the 10 principles.

Quanteam Hangagé
Quanteam continues to fulfill its commitments to hiring and retaining disabled employees through the implementation of various awareness-raising actions, for instance sensory workshops of “blind” tasting, but also thanks to a purchasing policy from the protected sector, a support to the AIMETH association and adaptations of workstation.
Through its campaign and actions, Quanteam wishes to demystify disability and make us aware that we can all be directly or indirectly affected by this issue during our professional career and that Quanteam does not consider disability as a brake on the career of its employees.
Sustainable development
Quanteam relies on an internal ecological charter in order to optimize our energy consumption and reduce our environmental impact to make Quanteam a “greener” and more responsible company. In 2018, Quanteam scored 67/100 and got the Gold label from the CSR rating agency Ecovadis, ranking us among the top 5% of companies.
We encourage all our consultants to adopt “green” habits: nocturnal extinction of monitors, central units and lights, recycling of used batteries/bulbs, use of recycled paper, reduction and optimization of essential prints, personalization of their electronic signature, etc.

Quanteam has been supporting humanitarian organizations for many years. Our commitment as a patron reflects the values of sharing and help that we want to put forward daily in our company.
ALTSO
Quanteam North America is providing financial support for the Rocktoberfest in New York and Chicago, two charity events organized by the ALTSO association (A Leg To Stand On) to raise funds to bring free orthopedic care to children with untreated limb disabilities in war-affected countries. Since 2003, ALTSO has provided care to over 17,000 children in need through local treatment providers in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
Good Planet
Quanteam chose to provide financial support to the Association Good Planet to support French Farmers and raise awareness about implementation of agro-forestry projects.
Last March, the donation made it possible to support Mr Sébastien Bailly, a farmer in the Department of Nièvre, in his agro-forestry project. 670 fruit trees were planted, including 277 financed by Quanteam, over an area of 8.7 hectares.
La Cravate Solidaire
Quanteam supports La Cravate Solidaire. This Association collects professional outfits for men and women. These outfits are washed, ironed and repaired in order to allow people in professional integration to benefit from suitable outfits, and thus to facilitate their access to employment.
Every year, Quanteam organizes a clothing drive at Headquarters. Thanks to the participation of all employees, many people benefit from this assistance.
