MODEL CREDIT GRANTING AND REORGANIZATION OF THE CONTROL SYSTEM
Background & challenges
Process & Coordinations project management assignment within the Risk & Permanent Control (RPC) department in the Credit Administration & Monitoring (RPC-CMR) department, in charge of the administration and control of counterparty risks generated by the Bank's activities, in particular credit decisions, the quality of processing and data used in counterparty risk systems, and reporting (internal and/or regulatory) on these data.
This involved managing projects initiated by RPC, providing change management, managing the impact of projects on RPC teams' processes, assisting line management with optimization projects, coordinating with local CMRs (worldwide) and contributing to tasks linked to the development of the control system as part of current internal projects and/or regulatory requirements. There was also a need to participate in Project and/or Steering Committees, around credit decision management tools and Third-Party Repositories, Market/Financing counterparty risk controls, as well as a need to contribute to the updating of Directives, Internal Procedures and Operating Methods, Policies and Processes.
