In early October, the Rainbow Partners Group and Quanteam launched the #RainbowPartnersAcademy, a friendly onboarding program for new employees of the Group and its firms.
A big thank you to our new arrivals for taking part in these three days of integration at our Paris offices, close to the Champs-Elysées.
At Rainbow Partners, we believe that integration is essential. That's why we've designed this academy, to create lasting bonds and enriching moments.
During these days, our new colleagues had the opportunity to take part in a variety of enriching activities to prepare them for their Rainbow Partners adventure.
