Background & challenges
Definition of the new legal entity: integration into the central finance system, opening of a bank account in Italy, track of the recruitment process for sales managers in Italy, track of the implementation of the SLA between the customer's Italian branch and the other entities, track of the legal incorporation phase.

The proposed system and the actions carried out were as follows:
- Coordination of internal functions affected (Legal, Finance, Treasury, Marketing, Business Development, HR).
- Coordination of Italian teams and external contacts (banks, law firms, etc.).
- Collaboration with the Lead Generation teams and the marketing agency (Exelab) to set up marketing campaigns on the Italian market.
- Collaboration with top management in the analysis of BITA's main assets for business development.
- Communication and reporting with ECS top management.
